leasing office不准sublet，所以只好不通过他们sublet。世道不好，等了许久才有人
感兴趣但是有两只猫。对方一再强调他们很behavior，但是不知道会不会有什么隐患。
比如还是会对apt造成破坏，让office发现？会不会是自找麻烦。有经验的说说？
