The location is Manila Ave, Jersey City. Just 10 mins walk to path and 30 mins to NYC. It is the first floor of a house, but with own entrance. So the apt is independent. The apt is really new. There is a microwave, stove and refrigerator in the kichen. There is a sofa bed in the room for sublease. The internet is available. There are washer and dryer in the garage. $1.50 for washer and $1.00 for dryer. There is storage space in the garage, too.For two | b******0
