交通非常方便，位置在东北大学校园里，门口就是绿线 E-line northeastern地铁站和
39路公交车，几分钟地铁或bus可达 HMS,downtown， chinatown, 另外也可坐ruggles
station的 橙线。购物可以去shaws,CVS, whole food, 都在走路几分钟路程内.
不能住couple，无overnight guest, no party and pets.
