I m looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom apt or house to rent in NY area.
1.starting from Oct 1, 2010
2.Hope the location is within 30 min commute one way to midtown Manhattan,
prefer Lower east side or Astoria.
3.My budget of rent is around $1000/mo. If it s nice neighborhood, my rent
period will be long term.
4.Hope you are NOT an agency.
5.Inform me about how to calculate utility and internet.
