just renovated and everything is new (new refrigerator, new stove, new in-
house washer and driver, new sofa, new cabinet, new dinning room, etc.) The
house has private parking.
The room is very spacious (bigger than the living room of UCLA family house)
with
private bathroom. New carpet. The room is unfurnished. Needs to share the
