room is available after 1/27/2011. The apartment is located in the 499
Northside Cir, NW, Atlanta 30309, which is about 10min walking distance to
GT campus. It is very convenient and safe. The bedroom is facing sun,clean,
warm, good-lighting and airy, and you will never need to worry about dark
and damp of it. Some furniture (Refrigerator, micorwave, oven, TV, book
shelf, sofa, table, chair....) is available. The rent is $300/month. The
utility (include power, water, internet)is about $50/month. So it is very
cheap.
Anyway, there are the following advantages for the apartment:
1. Close to GT campus, Wal-Mart, Target, Publix Super Market, DSW Shoe
Warehouse, midtown area, all within 10 minutes by walk
2. Only 2 people will share the bathroom, and 3 people will share the
kitchen room, so it is much convinent.

4. It is convenient to park the car.
