Your room has full bathroom, walking closet. It is currently furnished with
king bed/mattress, two night tables and lights, cabinet, desk and chair. It
has TV, internet cable or wireless connections.
Room renting is $650 and all utilities are $50 per month. It is the lowest
in the whole community. Female preferred. A deposit and credit check are
required. No smoking, or drugs, or pets, or heavy drinking.
