Townhouse in Rockville has 1 room to be rented out. Townhouse is
conviniently located a few minutes from the Shady Grove metro and 355. It's
also less than 10 minutes away the Maxim and KamSam chinese grocerey store.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are plenty of parking and the yard
has a great view of landscape.
Currently 3 of the rooms are occupied by 3 Chinese females (all
professionals). This room has its own full bathroom. We are looking to share
with females only. Non-smokers preferred.
Rent is $600 includes all utilties such as gas, electricity, water, phone,
TV, internet. Both rooms are available in Beginning April. | N*********e
