about this apartment.
Basically this apt is in a hot location with a relatively low price.
It is only 2 minutes walk to NEU and have Wholefoods, Symphony Market,
greenline and orange line train station, bus station, big shopping center
(Prudential, Newbury street), museum of fine art, many restaurants. etc.
nearby.
So this apartment is very convenient and $450/month is very low in this
area. And the heat is included in winter. So utility fee is only
$33~37/month for the whole year.
Right now two graduate students of NEU (including me) are living there.
One male and one female. We are quiet and nice person. Oh, by the way, I
have a cute cat who is very quiet and friendly too. Hopefully you don't
mind. Purr.............
