current market rate for this studio is $1,575 on a 12 month contract (price
verified with the rental office). I have to move out because of change of
job so looking for someone to take the apartment (12 month contract), you
can have the studio for $ 1,475, compared to the best offer you can get from
the rental office directly, you save $ 100 dollars a month ...
You will sign contract with the landlord at current market rate $1,575 but I
will subsidize you the difference which is $1,200 value ...
The rental office requires 1.5 month of rent as deposit with them ...
