room is in a 3-floor townhouse one blog from Hamilton Park, close to almost
everything in walking distance, Hamiton Park, Fitting Center, BJ, Shoprite,
Target, Newport Center Mall, Newport Path Station or Grove Path Station,
Starbucks and so on. The first floor of the house includes kichen, living
room, and back yard, washer and dryer, very convenient for living. The
second and third floow include two bedrooms and one bathroom each floor. The
roommates are two students in NYC and one working professional. All are
girls who are laid back.
The room listed is on 3rd floor. It has two big windows, walk-in closet,
celling fan and air conditioner. It can fit in a King size bed, another
closet, desk and still have variouse space even for Yoga. The rent is $750.
The utility is split in 4, usually $20 in summer and $50 in winter.
