Look for a quiet and easy going roommate to share a cozy two-bedroom
apartment. The incoming tenant will have a separate bedroom. The apartment
has a spacious kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a bathtub, which are
shared with another roommate. Coin-operated washer and dryer machines are
available in the same building. A spare reserved parking space (free) is
available if you have a car.
This apartment is in a clean and well-maintained apartment complex located
at Lexington Street, Waltham, MA. The neighborhood is safe and convenient.
There is a plaza (with CVS, TJ. Maxx, Staples, Burger Kings, etc.) right
across the street and Shaws supermarket 7minutes-walk away. It is very close
to highways (4 minutes drive to I-95 and 3 minutes to Route 2) and Bentley
University (7 minutes drive). The lease rent is going to be $575 (heat and
hot water included) plus shared utilities (cable and electricity). Moving-in
