This is a VERY LARGE studio room with kitchen. Share bathroom with 2 others.
Internet runs appx $9 a month, shared with other tenants on the same floor.
Very quiet house, on Tram route, appx 8 minute walk to campus.
The security deposit is $500.
这个studio是一个Victorian风格的house里的一间，这个house在学校北边与27街相交
的Monmouth Ave上，在27街和Adams Blvd之间。门口步行1分钟有四个公交车站，步行
20-30秒就是校车站，而且门口有USC staff值班，安全很有保障。每天骑车去学校就是
5分钟的事情，晚上cruiser，还有routeB （应该是）都会到，房子是一人一套的独立
studio，价钱也公道，凡是来过的人，都觉得非常划算。欢迎USC的学生，访问学者来
看房子。
studio将于9月10号available,时间可以再商量。由于现在离10号不远了，manager欲以
