发帖数: 7 | 1 I am looking for a quiet and neat roommate for a spacious room + private
bath in a beautiful townhouse in South San Jose. It is in the scenic
Communication Hill Community and has easy access to highway 87 ,85 and Light
Rail Station. It's about 10 minutes to San Jose downtown and 10 minutes to
Oakridge Shopping Mall.
This is a 3-story town house with 3 bedrooms. You will have a male Asian
roommate who is living on the first floor and rarely comes up to the second
floor; and you will share the same floor (3rd floor) with me ( a Chinese
girl) and I won't be in the house for most of the week days.
Currently it is a furnished room but I can remove the furniture if you don't
need them. Please let me know if you are interested in it or have any
questions.
No pets, No smoking, No overnight guest.
