1 large bedroom in a 2bdm 1ba luxury apt is available for rent. The building
itself has a gym , roof top(Great view) and doorman all free. Monthly rent
is 1480 + utility(we split). To move in you need 1.5 month security deposit
and rent for the first month. The room is available from the 15th Oct.
I am scheduling people to see the place this weekend.
Abt you:
M/F professional, have a full time job(a plus if you also work in finance
but def not a requirement), non-smoker,clean, quiet, do not bring parties
home. No frequent over-night guest. Pay bills on time. Prefer long term stay.
A little info abt me:
Male chinese in the late 20s work in finance. I am quiet at home, work long hours and
generally chill on the weekend and go out every once in a while.
