Rent: $590 per month; one-month rent as the deposit; electricity, gas, and
cable shared with the other two roommates.
Room:
A large bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. You will
share the shower-room with the other two roommates.
The room has a large separate cabinet/storage room. The room is furnished
with a single-sized mattress, a big desk and a small one, a chair, a wooden
cabinet.
Neighborhood:
Quiet, safe;
Very convenient for everyday needs:
The apartment is in a7 minutes walk distance from Elmhurst Ave subway
station (RM train). Or, 10 minutes walk distance from express subway station
(Roosevelt/Jackson Heights) for the E/F/R/M/7 trains. This station is 3
stops away from midtown Manhattan (about 15min train ride), and convenient
to go to flushing; The apartment is in a 7 minutes walk distance from four
Chinese supermarkets and Chinese restaurants, Walgreens; 1 block from a
laundry; 17 minutes walk distance or 2 subway stops away from Queens Center
Mall.
Two Chinese roommates: a male and a female.
Note:
If you are interested in renting the room, please feel free to come for a
visit (please email Zhang at z*******[email protected] for an appointment before
coming by). If you come to visit and decide to rent the room by March, a
deposit of one-month rent is required BEFORE moving in or upon the visit; if
you decide to rent the room by April, then a deposit of two-month rent is
required upon the visit to secure the deal, and the deposit of one-month
rent will be returned to you when you move in in April.
Please bring your PICTURE ID and a copy of it with you for credit check.
The current two roommates have regular schedule and are quiet. The one
moving in should be the same type. No frequent overnight guests. No drugs.
No pets.
