month, utilities not included.
Our apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, a huge kitchen and two
bathrooms. This apartment has two floors, bedrooms and bathrooms are at
upstairs, while living room and kitchen is downstairs. Such a structure
mostly insures the privacy and comfort. Two students live here (my roommate'
s girlfriend lives with him at the present, however, she will probably leave
in the beginning of July). I will leave the US at the end of June, but our
lease ends at Aug. 31. So I am looking for someone to have my room from July
1 to August 31. You can also renew the lease with the landlord for the next
year.
The whole condition of the apartment is very good, fully carpeted and
furnished. The kitchen has all the equipment including a microwave, a fridge
and a dishwasher. The bedroom is very clean, neat and light inviting. You
will have a very comfortable queen size mattress, a desk, a chair, a walk-in
closet, and a very good bathroom of your own! The address is 175 Beacon St,
somerville, which is very close to campus, ten minutes walk to Law school,
etc. My roommate is a friendly Chinese guy. If you are interested, please
