August 1 (08/01/2012). Very large room with large window, hard floor and
walk-in closet. Can come with bed.

Current lease runs till April 2013 with option to renew. Long-term roommate
preferred. You don't have to sign a lease to move in-- just give me a month
notice in advance if you plan to move out.
