发帖数: 21 | 1 I am looking for a roommate who is at our age. You will have two roommates,
both from China, both 23-year old.
Apt on Strathmore Rd/Englewood Ave, Brighton, MA
3 br, Lease starting on 9/1/12, ends on 8/31/2013.
I live at where Green B, C, D meet at Clevaland Circle, Brighton.
There is one more bed room left for $575 a month.
The room is bright and have sun light throughout the day.
Common area includes a big living room, big kitchen, hallway, and a big
bathroom.
Coin operated laundry machines on the basement.
B,C,D lines are all within 2-5 mins walk.
The apt is more than 1000 SqFt
Heat and Hot Water included but we will share gas, cable, electricity and
internet (about $60 a month a person)
Neighbors are paying $150 more per person in the area. My roommate has been
living here for 7 years so apt price remained very low since it was never
adjusted to the market price.
More about myself and my roommate:
Im a young profession working in an large accounting firm for external
accounting services.
My friend is a graduate student attending BU.
We both love to hang out after work and we are close friends.
We take care of the apt and take care of each other.
I consider myself very neat and clean and if you have any hygiene problems,
I m afraid that you won't be a good fit here.
We would like make this apt like home and bring in nice furnitures and big
TV.
My friend is more of a quiet person but Im energetic. I enjoy watching
sports games especially the Patriots and the Celctics. I often play
basketball, go to the gym, golfing, vulenteer in the community and go to the
beach in the weekends. Pretty much a very outdoor person.
I don't drink as much but if you party, I party.
When we choose our roommate, we will decide what to buy for the common area,
including dinning table, sofa, big TV.
About you:
hope that you are as well as young working profession, that way we have lots
in common and have a lot to chat about after work
You are also about 24-year-old
You fit into our life style regarding that you are as well a clean,
organized, considerate and overall happy person.
We can be close friends.
As both foreigners in this country, we want to feel like home and warm when
we come back to this apt.
P.S.: With a price of $575 in this perfect location, I have no doubt that I
will have a lot of curious replies, please email me with some your details,
if you want pictures and wanna come see your future room/roommates, please
let me know. I won't rent the apt to you before I meet you. Thanks. We are
going to invest a few hundred dollars to buy some basic furniture for the
common area. So if you are looking for a place that is furnished and doesn't
require anything. this might not be a great fit. We will also get a decent
TV cable and internet service, might costs as much as $30 a month/person.
