I have a room for rent for Oct 1st. Preferably female student or
professional.
Location: Berkely (Milvia and Lincoln), 5 min walk to the closest north side
USB building, trader joes, restaurants, banks, post office, entertainment
and center of gourmet getto.
Lease term: 13 months (Oct 1st - Oct 31st), no subletting.
Rent: $700/month all included unless you need extra heating in your room
for winter months (I do, but some tough people don't). That can go high
depending on usage.
Deposit: 1.5 month rent $1,050 (will be returned in full amount if you keep
the house clean and undamaged)
Room Size: 11' X 7'
Room condition: Furnished with a single bed, desk and chair. Very bright
and clean. Walk in closet can fit in oversized luggage.
Kitchen: You will share kitchen with two (we both don't cook that much, but
you can cook all you want)
Bathroom: You will share bathroom with one girl only.
Roommate: We are two professional female, English and Chinese speaking. She
likes painting, I like music, we both are very quiet during night. We don't
have overnight guests. Very easy going, and very busy during the week.
You: female professional or student who can pay rent on time, clean, quiet
and easy going.
I do have a piano in my room which I won't play after 9pm.
