available two rooms for rent – move-in September 1st (or earlier). Each
person will have full use of the house – kitchen with granite counters;
stainless stove and fridge; washer/dryer in the basement; off-street parking
; large formal dining room and living room; very large and informal family
room for meals; bedding as required; each person will share a full-bath (
there is also a half-bath off the kitchen).everything except food and a
tooth-brush.
Rent: $940 for a full size bedroom (approximately: 14’ x 16’)
$980 for a very large room (14’ x 30’)
Window A/C’s if needed.
