Carrboro最便利的公交之一。关键是。。。永远有座位，而且回家也不需要担心坐过站
!!运营时间：工作日早上6:30到晚上7点，每15－20分钟一班，工作日晚上7：40到11：
40以及周六平均1个小时一班。
• 离UNC Campus 近－距离UNC Campus 仅有1.6迈，开车5分钟，坐公交15分钟
，走路的话45分钟。
• 阳光房＋网球场View – 这间公寓是Rock Creek少有的朝南房间之一。阳
光非常充足，给你每天的好心情。加之从阳台看出去的网球场，督促您运动保持身体健
康。
• 安静 – 这间公寓是一层楼的别墅，所以您不需要担心楼上楼下打扰。当然
，你在家里跳来跳去也不会被别人抱怨啦～
• 便宜的现成家具 – 如果您需要家具，我可以以非常便宜的价格卖给您。
色调为黑色和紫色，包括床书柜，写字台，两个小桌子，杂物架，衣架等。
• 厨房设备齐全－厨房设备包括电热水壶，微波炉，冰箱，炉灶，洗碗机等等。
• 免费健身房、游泳池和网球场。
• 合约于2013年6月结束
** 房租－420/月.
• - $840/月 －由两人共同承担－这个房子是Rock Creek最好的房子。

I am subleasing my current room in a 2-bedroom-2-bathroom apartment in Rock
Creek Apartment. The room will be available anytime after 12/01/2012.
Details are as follows -
• - Near to UNC Campus - Only about 1.6 miles– 5 mins drive
/ 15 mins bus/ 45 mins walk (if you want….)
• - Convenient Bus - located at the terminal (终点站) of the
J bus route - the most convenient bus route in Chapel Hill and Carrboro -
every 15 minutes from 6:30 am to 11:40 pm on weekdays. (summer schedule ends
at 7:40 pm)
• - Sunshine with tennis court view – One of the few
apartments faced SOUTH, you can enjoy sunshine almost all day. It has tennis
court view, very nice and 督促您运动.
• - Very Quiet – it’s a one-floor apartment, very quiet
and you don’t have to worry about neighbor complains
• - Stylish but cheap furniture – I decorated my room with
furniture – black and dark purple, brought brand new and still looks new
after one year. Please let me know if you want them.
• - Full Appliance in the Kitchen, including Micro Oven,
Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Burning, Electronic kettle etc.
• - Free access to Gym, Tennis Court, Pool etc.
• - Lease ends June 2013
** Rent - $420 per month.
• - $840 per month shared by two people ( the best 2b
apartment in Rock Creek).
• - Normally the utility expenses would be around $100.
• - The total expense for one person is about $470/month.
