Very convenient location near I-270 exit 10, Great Seneca highway & Clopper
Rd. Share whole non smoking house with easy going quiet roommates.
4 bedrooms available now in newly updated 4 bedroom townhouse just off
Clopper Rd. in Gaithersburg just south of Germantown. Near NIST, MedImmune,
IBM, Lockheed Martin, Qaigen, Human Genome, NIH and all the biotechs along I
-270. Easy commute to DC via Shady Grove Metro. Rockville & Bethesda are
close as well. The Metropolitan Grove MARC train stop is within walking
distance, 1/2 hour ride to Union Station in DC.
Share all the rest of the house including kitchen, dinning room, living room
& laundry. There will be cleaning service once per month.
Very short walk to the Bennington Community pool and tennis courts.
The house is a 2 min. drive to I-270 and 10 min. drive to Shady Grove metro.
Plenty of shopping, movies & restaurants. Kentlands, Lakeforest, Milestone &
Rio malls are nearby.
Rent is $450 plus 1/4 utl for room with shared bathroom or $650 plus 1/4 utl
for rooms with private bathroom. We would prefer 6 months or longer. One
month refundable deposit.
Looking for responsible person M or F, 21+ to share the house. Sorry no dogs
or cats or smoking in the house. Tthe house is quiet and the neighborhood
is very safe.
