There are only 3 rooms in this big house of 3 levels. You will have two
other housemates. One room is occupied now. The second room is furnished and
the monthly rent is $680. The 3rd room is unfurnished and the monthly rent
is $580. Kitchen and living room are to be shared. Living room is equipped
with 52" LCD TV, leather sofa, and a piano. Parking is free. Also there is a
free access to a swimming pool and two tennis courts. There is a garden
that you can grow flowers and vegetables.
If you like and are good at providing some help such as cooking or cleaning
at a pre-agreed hourly rate, it would help to reduce your rent. (This is
just an option, not an obligation.) 如果你擅长做家常菜以及一些家务，有时候
可以提供帮忙以降低房租。
