. (Not a part of livingroom)
We are at the first floor, which still have the BEST NYC view. The room is 9
' * 10'. The room is big enough for bed and some furnitures, with one closet
inside and one outside. Also, we will share a huge living room, if you like
to party, or invite friends here. In the apt, we have Dryer and Washer,
good Utilities, AC and full furnitured kitchen.
About this apt, you will just need to pay just $24 a month for gym, laundry,
trush, roofdeck, utilities, ect. Electricity and Internet depend on the use
. FYI, Shoprite and BJ's is 10 mins walk, Target and Staple nearby, Newport
Mall is 15 mins far, PATH 5 mins to WTC, and cheaper than Metro Subway. What
's more, the PATH is working as the normal schedule as usual.
About us, we are two Chinese graduate students, non smoker, no pets, and non
party girls.
