If you are coming to Cornell University or Ithaca College this summer and
still looking for a nice, clean and affordable place to stay, I have a great
answer for you.
A nice, clean and spacious private room/studio with shower and bath for
subleasing. The room is spacious and cool in the summer. You should consider
this if you do not have an air conditioner. 15-min walk to Cornell
University and close to Ithaca College. 1-min walk to bus stops (#30, 32, 52
, 72) and Ithaca car share car. Building is very well managed and maintained.
The room is in a move-in condition and you have everything essential to get
started. Amenities include: big table, chair, dresser, bed with mattress,
small fridge, free Internet, free parking and free shuttle service to
Cornell University. The building has an in-door gym, a library and kitchen.
I would like to sublet it from May 15 to Aug 6, 2013.
This sublease is perfect for summer students or AMBA students at Johnson
school. If interested, please send me an email with your contact info. I may
throw in some goodies for the first person who signs the sublease. |
