We have this 3-bedroom 2 full bath apartment available for rent in early to
Mid June. Time is flexible.
You will take the whole second floor of a two-family house in Harrison; the
other floor is rent out to students and young professionals. If you want to
rent by room, please also don't hesitate to contact us, we will see if this
can also work out.
The house is built in 2000s and very well maintained. Clean, spacious and
bright.
The master bedroom facing south has its own full bathroom, while the other
guess bedrooms share the other full bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with all
appliance you probability need. We also have two good mattresses (one queen
and one king), so if you want to move in, we can also get beds and some
simple furniture in, trying to make it as easy as possible for you to just
move in and settle down.
You never need to worry about parking here. The house has its own garage and
three associated parking lots, also plenty of parking slots on the street
for all your cars :) Very nice/pretty neighborhood, with transportation,
park, school and grocery stores nearby. If you happen to be a family w/ or w
/o kids, this is also a perfect place for you to enjoy your family life in
Harrison.
