tennis court, racquetball rom etc. Since the community is small, the
facilities never crowded.

shared laundry room just downstairs. Uncovered parking;
I will provide basic furniture in your room: queen size bed, nice table,
computer chair, lamp, drawer.
Close to shops and restaurants; Connected to parks.

I am looking for ONE GUY who is easygoing, neat, respectful, quiet and CLEAN
, light cook, who does not leave dishes in sink (really), good credit
history (required by apt manager). Not much his own furniture.
Have few guests come over once a while is OK, but no party.
Sorry, no smoking, no pets, not to mention, no drugs, no drunker, no drama.
No swear,or dirty words. And I do ask you to change shoes inside apt to
keep it clean so safer for kid to play on the ground. Thanks!

Rent is $799 , plus half utility, $300 deposit. I pay full rental insurance.
Leasing term is month by month between you and me. You need to agree to move
out on one month notice from me with or without reason. Of course, I have
never done that and usually won’t.
