for new tenant. This condo is on 1st floor with a patio. It has laminate
floor and modern applications, both are in good condition. The neighbors on
second floor are very quite, too.
The complex is gated, very safe. It has free gym, pool, spa, tennis court.
and BBQ. Walking distance to UTC mall, Von's, Ralph's, Whole Foods and parks
. Shuttles and buses to UCSD. 15 mins drive to Qualcomm.
The condo is available after Oct 7th. The landlords are very nice persons.
They want the rent to be $1150 - $1200 / month, including the water bill.
This is a very competitive price in UTC area. One year lease is preferable.
