Apartment Condition:
• Independent Bathroom for you
• Shared kitchen
• Shared living room
• Complex has pool and laundry on-site
• Parking lot available
Roommates:
• Room A: you
• Room B: an engineer in 20's, male
• Room C: an engineer in 40's, male
You will have your own independent bathroom on the 1st floor, and Room B and
C will share a bath room on the second floor.
Rent and others:
• Room available on October 7, monthly rental $750.
• We are both engineers and we are easy going, respectful, and
courteous people, so we prefer a similar life-style and age range roommate.
