Mass Ave. 3 minutes to Central T station.
Both are sunny bedrooms with excellent closet space. New bath and new
kitchen. Exposed brick, huge living room. High ceilings and new Red-oak
hardwood floors.
About me: single professional, working in Cambridge Pharmaceutical company.
I am very clean and easy going person:) I like sports, running, swimming,
badminton and yoga. No pet and no smoking
Looking for female roommate, who is single professional, respectful, clean
and easy going. No smoking. I am allergenic for animal, sorry no pets.
Monthly rental is 2525 including heat/hot water, leasing throughout March
15 2014 to Mar 31st 2015. I will take 1350 and you my roommate take 1175.All
other utilities will split to half/half
Moving cost detail:
Broker fee: 1175 split by half/half
First month 650, Last month 1175. In terms of retal splitting principle.
In addition, there is 60 cleaning/key fee for one year.
The landlord will need to assess your credit before moving.
