Looking for person to take my room within the time span of April 27, 2014 to
August 26, 2014
$700 rent including utilities. Perfect if you don’t want to get a car, it’
s across the street from Microsoft Building 114 (3-5 min walk) where you can
take the shuttle to any other building on main campus. Also close to
Bellevue College North Campus if you want to take night school.
Internet, Water, Electricity, etc all included.
Roommates are all MS FTEs and very nice people
Landlady is nice enough to come clean the Washroom and Kitchen at least
monthly a big +, she also provides laundry detergent, toilet paper, and so
on (practically everything I needed).
Washroom, Kitchen and Living room shared
There a swimming pool and tennis courts in the apartment complex.
I didn’t keep any food in my room, so keep clean.
Intersection 148th Ave NE & NE 32nd St.
Bus Stop at the apartment entrance: North/South buses are routes 221, 249,
242, 250
10 Minute walk Fred Meyers/Safeway for Groceries, Bank of America/US Bank,
Denny's/Subway/Qdoba/Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Sears/Macy's, and a variety of
stores and restaurants at Overlake plaza. Overlake office area 15 min away
has clinics and dentists.
