I will be moving out and a large room with private bathroom is available for
rent after 6/7. Available until the end of October only. So this is a 4
months lease. For certain people qualified, you can get the rest of June
free (low risk candidates to be determined by landlord - i.e. document to
show working for Government agency).
Currently, there is a Chinese male (speak English and Chinese) living here.
He works for FDA. His dad is visiting from China for a few months. He will
be returning to China around August/September time frame.
The house is located in a family-oriented neighborhood at Pikeview Dr,
Germantown, MD, which is adjacent to Gaithersburg, MD. A short drive to
Shady Grove metro, Germantown Transit Center, NIST, shopping centers,
restaurant etc. 5 minutes drive to Seneca Creek State Park, where you can
enjoy the playground, an afternoon hike around the lake or one of the many
beautiful trails in just 5 minutes away!
The rent is $550 cash, all utilities included. No cable, but have internet.
Rental is 4 months lease only. Ask that you help take care of house and not
let things fall apart. Parking is 1 assigned space and other unassigned
parking. Sufficient parking availability in parking lot. Security deposit is
$550 or $600 month.
No smoking or drugs. Respectable roommates required. Looking for single
occupancy. Young professional preferred. Chinese preferred. No dramas.
