14 to MIT, 8 to redline Central Station, 2 to Bus 83, 91, 69; 5 to CT2, 64,
68, 85. 7-11 downstairs, 3 min to Family Dollar, 6-10 to Wholefoods,
Walgreen, H-Mart, 14-17 to Star Market, Market Basket. W/D in the building.
Seeking Roommate: one, Ph.D, Post Doc. graduage student at MIT, Harvard or
professionals preferred. No pets. Non-smoking, Drama-free, Clean roommate.
By clean, I mean clean after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom and take
turns cleaning the public area.
Whole apartment furnished, need one bed though. $900/month gas, heat and
water included, Internet and electricity goes to around $40/month per person.
