There will be one great room available in Malden Tower (Hot!) from June 1,
2015.
The location of Malden Tower is great for Students especially for NEU
student and MGH scholars. 3 Mins walking to sub station, stadium, Walgreens,
Stopshop and the Malden policy center and government building are just at
the foot of our building. So it is pretty convenient for living and also
safe. The only tennis field in Malden is also just downstairs. One parking
positon could be applied if you have and will have a car.
The room is the deputy bedroom, giant big and fully covered with comfortable
carpet. It is fully furnitured and decorated. The room is also central-air
conditioned so you don’t have to pay for the heat for the long winter in
Boston. Carry a bag and you can take it as your home.
Location: 99 Florence St. Floor7, Malden, 02148(very good view)
The Price: $550/M (including Heat and Cool, so you can save a lot of money
for a house)
Sunlight: Face to south (the sunny light offered from early morning to
afternoon)
Laundry: Only 1.00$ for public wash machine, with your separate wash machine
free.
Roommates: 2 graduate students, one male one female, nice persons, helpful.
We have run our lovely home here for 5 years and make it a warm harbor for
Chinese student to strive in Boston.
Our expectations to new roommate: nice and clean. Single only
