apartment in downtown with quite good environment (all utilities) and it is
fully furnished. i want to rent the shared bed room to a professional female
or student.
I have a beautiful ONE bed room apartment. I am looking for a female (a
RESPONSIBLE ROOMMATE Female)who wouldn't mind to share the bed room .by the
way,i'm straight female.
This building is beautiful and has a very nice gym .it is located in
downtown center easily connected to all department store,super market,bus
line,etc. One of the best features is the downtown location. Just about
anything you need is within easy walking/biking distance. It's really easy
to live without a car in this area. It is within walking distance to S.
thomas university,Minneapolis community and technology college,metro state
university,target, macys,lunds as well(all within 2-10 minutes)
cable TV hookup, forced air heat and central a/c is available.
Also includes: use of the kitchen and kitchen appliances, living room,
dining area and washing machine. There're refrigerator and microware too.
the apartment provide security control hence very safe ,and there's party
room and gym for free as well.
600 rate include utilities . 650 can include monthly electricity and
internet.
for convenience NO sub lease will be signed. deposit will be one month rent
