2.当时我们这里的就是一买就亏30%,比方说实际学分是80块钱,卖110块铅

but this year when I start to feel pressure about college tuition.
it is a lot of money.
I checked two states: IL and WA. It looks different,
IL prepaid it seems you can choose 5 year plan or a 10 year plan,
every month you pay a lot of money
but in WA you buy per unit, it usually requires X00 units for the four year,
I am still investigating it.

Your opinion about 30% isn't right. the 110 is future fair value, not
current value. you can't compare apple with orange.

还是你们那里的政策是
先锁定学费价钱
然后每个月象月供一样？

paid. If they go to other state, we could get the average cost of two years.

当时没仔细研究我们这也有customer monthly pay
去年买和今年买十几年下来差1700多块钱 |

进去，但是存在孩子名下的钱是多少就是多少，这样现在存529，
除非lock，不然到时候吃亏啊。 |
