immigration category. but still a lot of concepts have been misused on
purpose to mislead the perception of the product's risk management.
1. first it's not bond of any kind
2. it would not be insured by local government like municipal bond
3. in general no guarantee of any ROI at all
The truth is that it could be a project that's been organized the local
government and the investors could fall into the EB5 definition to initiate
the immigration to US. But it's still a commercial project, no financial RIO
will guaranteed. If the project doesn't work out in 2-3 years you will end
up lose your principle and the temp GC. so digging into the project detail
if you want to immigrate to US. also find an imm. lawyer in US instead of
using any of these brokers in China.
