公司税号，但是公司名字变了，用了大公司的名字和原公司名字的一部分，不知道我要
不要file H-1B amend的呢？有什么影响呢？
Under the provisions of AC21 law, amended H10B petitions are not required
when the petitioning employer is involved in a corporate restructuring wher:
. the new corporate entity succeeds to the interests and obligations of the
original petitioning employer and
. the terms and conditions of employment remain the same, except for the
identity of the petitioner.
