日的时候把我的H1B transfer的申请递到了Vermont Center。已经拿到收据。 现在
Vermont Center的processing time是两个月。正在耐心等待中。
可是今天晚上9：00 收到了移民局一封email update,可是却是update我的第一份H1B,
因为信中用到的是我的2007年申请的H1B的收据号码。信的内容如下：We reopened
this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on February 6, 2009, and are
now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a notice describing
the next steps in the process. Please follow any instructions on this notice
