是现在工作最晚到5月1号，那时侯根本转不完，而且新老板也不想冒险让我上班，咋办
啊，难道真要回国么？小米说中间绝对不能有gap.真是黔驴技穷了。有什么办法么？请

发帖数: 105 | 2 In our university, if you keep in the similar field, transferring to a new
department, it does not need a new H1B or visa transfer.Talk to more persons
in your visa office. It depends on whether the school or the individual
department is your current H1b sponsor. I guess you have some flexibilities.
