Google了一下，immihelp和有些网站说
PP is only avaliable for alien beneficiry who ...
下面列了4个条件，大致就是说H1B要快过期之类的。。
难道必须符合这四个条件才可以申请PP么？
还是只要交钱就可以申请呀？
