It shouldn't be a problem as long as the company provides evidences to
demonstrate that there are 3+ employees whose main duty is research.
I think evidences may include:
. Job descriptions
. Verification letter from your company
. Resumes & publication lists
. Information about research works you and your colleagues have done.
