5-1 Response to RFE.
5-5, received, Initiate review
5-13, approved.
In the RFE letter, the IO questioned about the contribution,and the
Recommendation letters.
I got another either RLs: three from who cited my works, two from editors,(
Thanks, Bigbee!) and three from experts in my field.
Outline:
(1) response to comments and newly obtained RLs;
(2) Evidence to original and Majorly significant contribution.
(2.1) top% ranking of journals that published my work;
(2.2) how my work has been implemented by others. table: adopted to
others' protocol; explain results; authors' positive comments in their
publication; considered as foundation work.....//citation report//increasing
citation in the past month
(2.3) Peers' Testimonies. in detail, explain how my work affect
others and the entire field.
(3) Evidence to top scientist.
(3.1) joining the editorial board. table: an overview of editorial
board members in terms of title/position, e.g. >85% are AP or higher level//
testimonies from editors
(3.2)extraordinary citation. Faculty Scholarly Productivity Index//
citation map//journal ranking top% in my citation
(3.3) increasing appearance as reviewer in International journals
and at international conferences
