公司并购情况多了，有的不需要I140-Amendment，有的需要，问律师。需要做I140-
Amendment的话，I-485就不能用老的I-140 file。 | s******t

I just submitted my i-485 in Nov. using my i140 approved for my previous
employer who was acquired in April by a larger company. Lawyer said the new
employer is the successor of interests and we don't need to do anything for
i140. They do a lot of acquisitions, so I assume lawyers should be very
knowledgeable. Let's see what happens to my application. |
