This is to file I-485 and I-131 for xxx, the primary applicant, and his
wife, xxx as a dependent.
xxx filed his I-140 application to TSC on xxx with a case
number of SRCxxx. The case was transferred to NSC on xxx and then approved
on xxx 2012.
To facilitate your adjudicating process, please find a brief summary as
below about visa history for xxx and xxx
xxx (primary applicant)
xxx (primary applicant) entered USA for the first time on xxx with F-1
student visa which was issued on xxx in Chengdu, China, to xxx University
for Ph.D. study. After got his Ph. D degree from xxx University in 2008, xxx
worked as a post-doctoral fellow in xxx University using F-1 OPT. He then
was employed by xxx University and the H1-B working visa was approved on 09/
21/2009. In 2011, xxx transferred to xxx University and the new H1B visa
was approved on xxx.
xxx(The dependent) entered USA for the first time on xxx as xxx's dependent
( F2 visa). She applied H4 visa on xxx and then was approved on xxx.

1. A check of $1070 for I-485 ($985) and biometrics ($85)

12. Copy of I-797 Approval Notice(s) for H1b and OPT, and OPT card both

1, Is it necessary to describe each visa application and entry USA history
in detail? I only wrote the first time entry and the first time H1B
application.
2, Is it necessary to duplicate all the materials which are same for both
primary applicant and dependent?
3, Are all copies of I-797 and I-20 forms are necessary? some I-20 forms
cannot be found.

No need so detail. But just listing a table might be better.
Yes. primary and dependent have their own complete application package.
I-20 no need. But better to find the I-797, especially some important dates,
e.g., from F1 to OPT, from OPT to H1.
