标 题: EB2 485被RFE了，哭

485一直不顺，先是别人早就批了EAD/AP，我的迟迟不来，好不容易来了，又被RFE了，
说是要两样东西：
1. Please submit the birth certificate with English translation and any
affidavits.
2. Submit evidence to estabilish that you maintained your nonimmigrant
status in teh United States beginning on month/year and ending on month/year
. This evidence may include the following:
(a) A photocopy of Approval Notices (Form I-797) for all extension and
change of status.
(b) A photocopy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1)
Student Status-For Academic and Language Students or Form I-20M-N,
Certificate fo Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Exchange Visitor Status (Form DS
-2016, formerly IAP 66) school records (front and back, including all school
annotations);
(c) A photocopy (front and back) of your Arrival/Departure Record (Form I-94
).
Birth Certificate我已经交过了，是国内做的那种四页的公证。我看好象别人也有因
为这个被RFE的。
第二，它说的时间我是我F-1到美国的第一段时间，有I-20，也给过了律师了，但是入
境I-94已经没有了，因为中间回过两次国，当时没经验没复印留底，现在交上去的I-94
是最后一次入境的。问一下这个会是问题吗？谢谢。 | l*****d
发帖数: 7963 | 2 pat,赶紧找齐材料补上吧。第一次出入境的资料f1学校的international office应该有
存档。实在找不到以前的i94,看看能否找到往返机票证明某段时间不在美国。
出生证明再递交一遍即可，多数都通过了，是较常见的RFE. | G********r

发帖数: 73 | 5 你肯定需要以前的 I-94 吗，还是只要最近手里这张 I-94 就可以了？

2. 做个简单的表格，把从入学，到工作到现在的日期都列清楚。 然后对着着日期找 I
－２０对学校，h１对工作。列清楚就好了。
