发帖数: 467 | 1 一个比较麻烦的问题，我朋友的I1485(NIW)被rfe, 他是2个月前从research 转到
industry当manager(已经脱离了research domain). 他的rfe要求他证明还在同一个领
域工作。 大家有何良策？
（1）Ask prior boss to write a strong LOR to say that he has been very
productive during the last 4 years.
(2) Collect all publications he has got since I140 approval.
(3) Employment letter from his new employer(Personally, I do not think it is
good idea and might destroy him since it is totally different from the
field he claimed during I140 application.
