天收到RFE， 原文如下：
To establish the relationship you claim with the principal applicant, please
submit a copy of your marriage certificate which has been registered with
the proper civil authorities of the State in which you were married. The
certificate submitted does not appear to have been registered with or issued
by the civil authorities.
我问了几个朋友他们都是教的复印件，都没有问题。我迷惑了。什么叫做“does not
appear to have been registered with or issued by civil authorities"? 我们是
在郡的法院领的证。2天后找的注册牧师搞的仪式和签字。怎么就没有register了呢？
现在是不是教上一张certified copy就可以了呢？为什么别人都交复印件都可以啊。娃
都生了两个了，难道还假结婚不成。

Your certificate should be either issued by the county, or from the state
vital record office (usually state health department, or state human

然后举行婚礼，证婚人签字，我们再把marriage certificate带回政府办公室让他们登
记，这才算完。是不是你们没进行最后这一步？ |
