on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or
if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

发帖数: 1087 | 8 infopass today. they said the approval date in the system was wrong. they
made it in 2012 instead of 2014. so as a 2-year conditional green card, it
is already
expired.
they destroyed the card. but they didn't follow up to correct it or send out
a new one.
now we created a service request to NBC to correct it.
got a I-551 stamp in the passport. |
